We hired Magnolia to repair a foundation wall and to rebuild a sinking addition on our historic home in Ottawa. We are very pleased with the final result. This was not an easy job - major structural work and during a pandemic - but Joey and his crew (especially Chris and team) did an amazing job. Everyone we worked with at Magnolia from the owner, to all the trades were very respectful and knowledgeable of what they were doing. We were given great advice throughout the project on ideas to improve the quality of our basement. Given we have a new build home we wanted the basement to feel as though it is part of the home. This was the case all finishings were matched to our home and the feel of the basement is similar to the rest of the house. Overall we were very appreciative of the timeliness and quality of the work completed by Magnolia and would recommend them to anyone looking for any project.
