A contractor is part of a neighbourhood
We park on your street, we make noise, and we're there for months. Being a decent neighbour is not a marketing position — it is the minimum standard for doing this work in a city we have lived and built in for forty years.

Ottawa Santa Claus Parade
Our team builds and staffs a float for the parade each year. It is a good excuse to spend a December Saturday with our families, our trades and several thousand very cold, very happy kids.

Toy drives
Every holiday season we run a toy collection out of the office and deliver to local family support organisations. Clients, suppliers and trades all pitch in.

Accessibility work at cost
We take on a small number of accessibility projects each year — grab bars, ramps, barrier-free bathrooms — at cost for households who need them and can't carry the full price.

Trades mentorship
The construction industry needs people. We take apprentices, host site visits for trade programs, and give young carpenters real work instead of a broom.

Local suppliers
Wherever we can, materials come from Ottawa-area suppliers and fabricators. It keeps money in the city and it means someone answers the phone when a countertop arrives wrong.

Neighbourhood care
Clean sites, protected boulevards, no early-morning noise and a crew that says hello. It sounds small; ask anyone who has lived beside a renovation.
