Who we are
Magnolia Construction is a general contracting and home renovation company operating in Ottawa, Ontario. You can reach us at info@magnoliaconstruction.ca or 613 617 5157. Our offices are at 73 Renfrew Ave #2, Ottawa, ON K1S 1Z4 and 1196 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON K1Z 7K7.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, property location, project type, budget range, timeline and message you enter. We collect this only because you choose to send it to us.
We also record basic visit information: the page you arrived on, the website or search that referred you, and — if you arrived by clicking one of our advertisements — the advertising click identifier Google attaches to the link.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To send you a confirmation email and to notify our team of your enquiry.
- To measure which of our advertisements lead to genuine enquiries, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not help anyone.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Advertising cookies and Google Ads
We advertise on Google. To understand which advertisements work, we share advertising measurement data with Google Ads. This can include the advertising click identifier from your visit and, where you have accepted cookies, a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address, phone number, name and postal code you entered on the enquiry form. Google cannot read the original values from the scrambled version; it is used only to confirm that an enquiry came from one of our advertisements.
The purposes enabled are advertising measurement and advertising optimisation, and the recipient is Google Ads. Google explains how it handles this data in its business privacy notice.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are asked to accept or decline advertising cookies before any of this is enabled. You can change your mind at any time: . Declining, or withdrawing a previous acceptance, stops the sharing of your information for advertising from that moment onward.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep proper business records. Ask us at any time to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@magnoliaconstruction.ca and we will respond.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiry records are held in an access-controlled database. Only our team can read them.
